Monday Mentoring Moments

Hello!

Welcome to Monday Mentoring Moments for Young Women--my YouTube channel devoted to mentoring young women and single mothers in godly living and family life. I upload a new video Monday afternoon.

Three events inspired me to start Monday Mentoring Moments for Young Women.

1. I had recently listened to a sermon by Bishop Marvin Sapp. He talked about guardians and how we must be gatekeepers--guarding and protecting the standards of God's house. I completely agree with that.

2. The next week, my pastor preached a sermon based on Matthew 6:13-16, in which Jesus says, 'You are the salt of the earth . . . You are the light of the world'. The title of his sermon was 'Pass the Salt and Turn the Lights On'. This resonated with me.

3. Right after that, God put in my spirit the scripture from Titus 2:3–5, in which Paul admonishes spiritually mature women to teach, train and mentor young women in godly living and family life.
